About Olga Orel

I am a licensed psychologist with over 15 years of experience in clinical psychology, neuropsychology, and psychotherapy, holding professional licenses in both Ukraine and Italy. I maintain a private practice specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Schema Therapy, where I help individuals navigate complex psychological challenges and achieve lasting therapeutic outcomes. My academic background includes a PhD in neuropsychology from T. Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, and I serve as a visiting lecturer at Fondazione Santa Lucia in Rome on master’s programs including “Aging Brain” and “Highly Specialised.” As co-founder of the Centre of Psychological Diagnostics and Rehabilitation NeuroFlex in Kyiv, I bring expertise in comprehensive psychological assessment and rehabilitation for patients with developmental and neuropsychological disorders. I completed a rigorous 4-year EABCT-accredited program in cognitive behavioral therapy and received international certification in Schema Therapy from Jeffrey Young and Wendy Behary, with recent specialized training in clinical sexology, coaching, and addiction treatment. My multilingual abilities in Ukrainian, Russian, Italian, English, and Portuguese, combined with extensive international training across Europe and the United States, enable me to serve diverse populations while maintaining the highest standards of therapeutic care.
